My path into property management started long before RGA existed – with a genuine interest in how homes are bought, renovated, and cared for. In Leigh, I began by sourcing and transforming undervalued properties, learning how thoughtful changes could completely change a home’s potential.

Over the years, I’ve built on that experience with formal qualifications, becoming a CeMAP-qualified mortgage and protection broker and a City & Guilds-qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA). These skills give me a deeper understanding of how property, compliance, and finance fit together, without losing sight of the people behind each investment.

I’ve also been in a landlord’s shoes myself – managing multiple properties and seeing first-hand how inconsistent communication and a lack of joined-up thinking from different agents can make things unnecessarily stressful. Those experiences shaped how we work at RGA: with a holistic, hands-on approach that keeps everything connected and running smoothly, wherever the property is.

Whether it’s a single rental in Norfolk, a renovation project in Manchester, or a portfolio that’s spread across the country, I focus on making sure each property is well-managed, compliant, and cared for – with the same attention I’d give my own.
