Our experience comes from the hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up side of property. Between us, we’ve managed holiday cottages hundreds of miles away, overseen full-scale renovations, and juggled the day-to-day realities of owning rental homes. We understand the pressure, the paperwork, and the pitfalls – because we’ve been there.
That’s why our approach is holistic: we look after the property and the people behind it. Whether it’s a city flat or a coastal holiday let, we manage it as if it’s our own.
Gail – Spent years specialising in project management and business development, first managing Norfolk GP surgeries, onto prep schools (Beeston Hall School) before creating Pack Holidays. For over 11 years she’s grown that brand into one of the most respected holiday letting agencies in the UK, personally managing more than 50 properties and becoming known for her dedication and hands-on service. The combination of both high level project management and property knowledge makes for a ‘steel pillar’ at RGA (she makes a good brew too!).
Rhiannon – Began in property through development and renovation in Manchester. Securing property through corporate sales, and turning them into high-value homes, or high ROI rentals. She’s a qualified CeMAP mortgage and protection broker and a City & Guilds Domestic Energy Assessor. Her approach to portfolio management came from the experience of juggling multiple agents with wildly different, but altogether low, standards. Out of that came our portfolio management & dashboard – a system designed to make property oversight clear, simple, and stress-free.
